Breached—or critical systems down?

If your organisation is facing an active cyber incident or serious outage and its usual IT support is unavailable, contact Wrexham Tech Support immediately.

When to use this service

When waiting for the next ticket update is not an option.

You do not need to be an existing managed customer. We can help triage the situation, reduce further harm, preserve useful evidence and establish a controlled recovery plan.

What to do now

  1. Use a separate, trusted phone or device to contact us if you think your email or computer may be compromised.
  2. If a device is clearly infected with ransomware or malware, disconnect it from wired, Wi-Fi and mobile network connections where safe to do so.
  3. Do not delete messages, wipe devices or restore backups until the situation and evidence have been assessed.
  4. Record what happened, when it started, affected users or systems and any messages you can safely photograph.
  5. If money has been transferred or banking details exposed, contact your bank immediately using a trusted number.

For wider reporting and official guidance, organisations can also use the National Cyber Security Centre reporting service. This emergency service does not replace any legal, regulatory, insurer or law-enforcement notification obligations.
