The public website is designed to work without advertising trackers, behavioural profiling or non-essential analytics cookies.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on a device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and identifiers. They can support essential website functions, remember choices, measure use or enable advertising.

What this website currently uses

CategoryCurrent useConsent
Strictly necessaryHosting, traffic delivery and security technology may use essential storage to provide or protect the website.Consent is not normally required where the technology is strictly necessary.
PreferencesNo optional preference cookies are currently set by Wrexham Tech Support. Not applicable.
AnalyticsNo non-essential analytics cookies are currently set by Wrexham Tech Support. Not applicable.
AdvertisingNo advertising, cross-site tracking or profiling cookies are used. Not applicable.

Because the current public website does not intentionally set non-essential cookies, it does not display a consent banner. A banner that offers no real choice would add friction without improving privacy.

Links and third-party services

If you follow a link to Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, Microsoft or another external service, that provider may use its own cookies and process information under its own policies. Facebook posts are not embedded in the current website.

If the Google review display is enabled, public review data is requested through the Google Places API and clearly attributed to Google Maps and each reviewer. Reviewer avatars may be loaded from a Google-hosted address. Wrexham Tech Support does not use that feature for advertising or cross-site profiling.

If the website changes

If optional analytics, live chat, embedded media, call scheduling or another non-essential technology is introduced, this notice will be updated and an appropriate consent choice will be provided before that technology is used.

You can also block or remove cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential technologies can affect how some websites work.
